Renovation rail double door leaf

A do-it-yourself package to renovate a worn out bottom rail using a hard anodized aluminum insert profile. This is placed over the existing worn bottom rail, which will allow the existing rail to function properly again for many years.

The renovation rail can be applied to double-leaf doors with a maximum daylight width of 4500mm fitted with a welded bottom rail.

Included:

• 3x hard anodized aluminum profile à 3200mm
• 4x new bottom rollers with plastic special rollers
• 1x round brush to remove loose rust from the existing bottom rail
• 2x end stops to be mounted on the ends of the rail
• 9x high tack sealant to glue the aluminum profile to the existing rail
• 4x sealer to finish the rail
